Ashton Woods, a luxury homebuilder, announced the release of 20 new homesites in the Laureate Park neighborhood at Lake Nona.
Located within the city limits of Orlando, Lake Nona is a 7,000-acre master-planned community that will be home to world-class education, medical and recreational facilities, a Medical City, diverse workspaces, retail centers, entertainment choices and residential options for buyers of all lifestyles.
At the heart of Laureate Park will be its Village Center with an Aquatic Center, lakeside restaurant and café and fitness facility. Ashton Woods has been building in Lake Nona since 2012 and is releasing its fifth phase of homes at Laureate Park.
Each of the new homesites to be introduced by Ashton Woods at Laureate Park will be 55 and 60 feet wide with front load two- and three-car garages and many will be conservation homesites. The flexible floor plans in this latest phase will be released under the homebuilder’s Heritage Series and offer a wide range of personalized design solutions tailored to buyers’ unique lifestyles. Among the new floor plans are:
The Ferrara features 2,890 square feet with four bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. The master suite is conveniently located on the ground floor with the guest bedrooms and a loft area upstairs. Additional features include an island kitchen that opens to the family room. This two-story residence offers the flexibility to replace the dining room with a guest retreat featuring optional trey ceilings, add a third full bath, provide a fifth bedroom with a fourth full bath, or introduce a second floor media room. There also is a covered front porch and private lanai area.
The Athens offers 3,129 square feet in a traditional floor plan with four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and a study around a double island kitchen with an adjoining family room and breakfast nook. The second-floor master suite features an enlarged bath and additional walk-in closet space. Plan options for this two-story residence include an alternate fourth bedroom with balcony, second-floor game room or media room, a ground floor suite, adding a ground floor flex room off the kitchen for storage or entertainment, or providing an extended front porch.
The Kensington is a 2,840-square-foot residence with four bedrooms, three baths and a second-floor bonus room. This two-story residence has an open floor plan with a family room and island kitchen just steps off the dining room. The ground-floor master suite features an enhanced bath with dual sinks and optional his-and-her walk-in closets. Other plan options include an alternate master bedroom with sitting area, optional wet bar and enlarged walk-in closets, converting the dining room and a bedroom into an in-law suite and guest retreat, or creating a rear balcony.
“We are excited to add the Heritage Series to our existing Lofts, Traditions, Classic and Estate home collections at Laureate Park,” said John Reny, Florida Division President for Ashton Woods. “Ashton Woods is continually blazing new trails in homebuilding, designing personalized homes that reflect both local preferences blended as well as global design inspiration.
